Typical day at the Tara the Protector retreat last week:
6.00am: Rise
6.30am: Mindfullness Meditation, Tara Puja, Open Meditation (until 8.30am)
8.45am: Breakfast
9.30am: Preparing lunch and supper in kitchen
10.30am: teabreak
10.45am: Metta workshop
11.45am: teabreak
12.00pm: Metta meditation (until 12.45)
1.00pm: lunch
2.00pm: free time
4.00pm: Yoga or gardening
5.00pm: Meditation (until 5.45)
6.00pm: supper
7.45pm: talks on Tara
8.45pm: Meditation (until 9.30)
9.30pm: bedtime drinks & chat...then sleep!
Retreat timetables vary depening on the retreat...loved every minute of this one!
